Da Code is a designer brand established in 2009. We committed ourselves to bringing exhilaration and fun to those who value life and essences of things.
For long, we have been seeking such a brand, something geeky but beyond technology. It distinguishes the bearers, a tee or a person, while sticking to the core of the collective memory of the young demography. It is supposed to be a symbol across cultures, an indication of zeitgeist and history, and a system ready to be decrypted.
Hence cometh Da Code.
Da Code 是一个成立于 2009 年的设计品牌。它的使命很明确：帮那些在意事物内涵的人们获得日常生活中的更大乐趣。
Da，是黑人口音的英语定冠词 the，它有指向性，有限定功能，既指代独特的个体，也指代特征相一的群体。Code，源于拉丁语「手稿」(codex)一词，后有「代码」之意，成为计算机用语。
长期以来，我们试图寻找这么一个品牌——它富有科技感，又不受限于某个领域；它让每款产品都显得独特，同时又能代表拥有共同记忆的一个群体。我们意识到，我们需要寻找的是一个符号，一个被时代和历史赋予了更广阔的文化涵义的符号，一个可供特定人群破解的编码。
于是，Da Code 诞生了。

As a Ba Ling Hou (post 1980-born) digital native, Steven Lin, known online as "Flypig," is probably best known as half of the duo that produce Antiwave, an award-winning (Deutsche Welle's Global Best Podcast 2005) podcast series that focus on foreign and Chinese media. Steven is also considered to be a leading voice among local Chinese digerati. He is the Chief Designer of Da Code.
作为一个伴随互联网成长的八零后，林嘉澍以“飞猪”的身份活跃在互联网上。他因为参与创立“反波”(德国之声2005年全球最佳播客站点)这个关注全球媒体业的声音媒体而为人所熟知。林嘉澍被认为是中文数字世界里最富有代表性的声音之一。他是 Da Code 的首席设计师。

Junyu was supposed to be a physicist before he joined the User Experience team of Google. Call him a web designer or a developer, but Junyu thinks himself more as a "Mr. Fix-it" who are ready to tailor technology to meet people's needs in their daily life. Junyu likes working at night, share his toilet with two cats, and is single but not gay.
王俊煜，男，生于 80 年代中期，广东潮州人。大学修读了四年物理，毕业后却转行加入 Google 用户体验团队，有时候当设计师，有时候当工程师，但工作内容都是用力让技术能更好地解决普通人生活中大大小小的问题。他喜欢于黑夜之中在很多台显示器面前工作，抚育了两只喜欢钻马桶的公猫，而且单身(但不是gay)。
